		<p style="text-align: justify;">I am thrilled to be a part of the dynamic team at OIPS and feel honoured to be part of such a strong and vibrant school community. It has an absolute pleasure meeting students, staff and parents! I have been in school education for more than 14 years, and began my career as a classroom teacher, literacy couch, education facilitator and education resource teacher. These roles have helped lay a strong foundation for leadership while reinforcing my firm belief in the potential of all students.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">My vision of school leadership is founded on the belief that the administrative team plays an essential role in establishing a positive school culture where safety is prioritized, high academic standards are established and individual differences are honoured. I belives that it is the role of a school leader to recognize the valuble contributions of each members of the school while promoting a shared vision. I am excited to be working alongside our Director and Principal as part of the OIPS Administration team and look forward to a year full of learning!</p>
